Application Approval Workflow

Form Submission: Applicant enters verified bio-data, KYC credentials, and payment reference.
Administrative Review: Designated Foundation representatives (MD-1, Chief Patron, Chairman, or MD-2) review application.
Payment Verification: Admin confirms gateway transaction / bank credit status.
Credential Issuance: Instant digital Membership ID card with QR code and official standard payment receipt are generated.
Category Adjustments: Any category change requests are managed manually by Secretariat.
